Did you enter the IP addresses of the clients that will be connecting to
this server in the 'Client Hosts...' section of SIMS? I think that 'Relay
for Clients Only' is checked by default, it should be checked regardless to
close an open relay situation, and that requires you telling SIMS who your
clients are using IP addresses.
