Yes, the pricing is there. What is not there is any sort of
guidlines as to WHAT each category is. WHat are the qualifications
for "hobbyist" status, for example.
I mean, I consider myself a hobbyist. Is that enough?
Who is counting the mailboxes, exactly? If I have 101 mailboxes am I an ISP?
