Heath, knowing your setup, you should go for:

(AFAIK they don't take credit cards, payment seems to be by US$ cheque)
If they cut your access off tomorrow (I sure hope they don't do that
to anyone as I'm still waiting for my RBL+ contract too!), then you
can add relays.osirusoft.com to your RBL Server List (if your firm is
happy to do that, http://relays.osirusoft.com) which is growing fast
and now blocks a good deal of what the RSS and DUL do.
relays.osirusoft.com also includes the Spamhaus Block List (SBL)
which is my pet project (http://www.spamhaus.org/sbl/)
