Hi Jeff,
I can't be sure that this problem is the same, but when a friend
got their server & connections all hooked up a couple of years back, the
inbound routing was stuffed up by the ISP, who didn't route traffic
properly back into the connection, only the outbound was routed correctly.
It sounds as though something has been changed in the routing from
your ISP & I'd check with them before looking too hard at your own servers,
especially if it's more than a couple of machines.
