Osirusoft has a cool little blacklist checker at
<http://relays2.osirusoft.com/cgi-bin/rbcheck.cgi> that checks most of the
more widely used blacklists. Checking your IP on it turns up empty -- it's not
on any of the lists that the rbcheck.cgi checks.

Try to get one of the people who is reporting this to forward the entire
bounce message, including full headers, to you. People are often confused
about where bounce messages come from and who's blacklisting whom. It might be
that your server is blacklisted somewhere, but it might also be that your
server is the one that's bounced a message due to blacklisting and the sender
is misinterpreting the bounce message. Anyway, the bounce message will tell
you what server bounced the original message and what IP is ostensibly
blacklisted. If it is your server (209.145.196.198) that's blacklisted, it may
well be on the receiving server's internal blacklist, since it's not on any of
the lists checked by the Osirusoft checker. If that's the case, you'll
probably want to contact the admin of the blacklisting server to find out why
you've been blacklisted.
