As it turns out, that's exactly the case.

As soon as my client said "blacklisted" I panicked. You see, just a few days ago I
received a notice that one of my client sites was "spamvertised". That wasn't the case
as anyone reading the "spam" email could see that the client site was SOLICITED by a
spammer service which sent out a "personalized" email mentioning the domain by name.
The spam was reported to spamcop. Spamcop's automated system assumes that any URL in a
reported spam has just been spamvertised.

I assumed that the spamcop report had gotten me blacklisted somewhere. It hasn't.

Anyway, I appreciate the URL for <http://relays2.osirusoft.com/cgi-bin/rbcheck.cgi>.
I'll bookmark it and use it in the future. Thanks.
