It seems latley that mail servers that I have blacklisted in the past
are getting through again even though I did not modify their respective router
entries or add them to client hosts.
My router has the following setting:
*ca = error
but yet this is the rfc header from my email:

all the anti-spam features are enabled and there is spam being rejected but
why not this one? This is all the log for this entry. Usually it says failed
to verify, real address is blah blah blah, but not in this entry.
Please advise.
