Missing: the Return-Path header that SIMS adds. It tells you what the 
envelope sender address was, which these don't.

Irrelevant. SIMS doesn't do reverse lookups of the connecting machine 
or use the router at all in determining whether a source IP is 
acceptable. Anything in the router is an e-mail address or part of 
one, and is only checked against envelope addresses.
