Yes, it is spam - it is at least unsolicited mail. But worse, they try to get YOUR 
money this way. There are several reports around about this system. They ask for 
"advance payment" of some thousands to make the transfer of the millions possible, you 
pay and the millions never reach you. 

Some are also asking to have blank, but signed, money transfer orders from your bank 
account. Imagine what they could do with that. 

These practices are very well known here in Switzerland to the authorities, but they 
cannot prevent that innocent people think they make the business of their life. 

So, better don't show any reaction at all.
