Yes, you need to tailor the DNSBLs you're using to your own needs. 
When you get complaints from customers, see which BL is causing them 
- and if the BL causes a lot of them either stop using it or ask the 
customers affected if they're like to have their domains whitelisted 
(In SIMS you can turn off IP blacklisting on a domain-by-domain 
basis).

For example, if one of your clients does a lot of business with China 
or Korea they're likely to have more mail refused due to open relay 
blocklists than a customer only doing business with national firms. 
So, offer that customer the whitelisting feature.

Every customer has mail coming in from different regions and it's 
difficult to juggle the right amount of blacklisting to suit 
everyone. Too little and they complain of spam, too much and they 
complain you're too aggressive. They won't mind the occasional bounce 
if there's a good reason for it but if you've offered them the choice 
of no spam blocks then even better as you've empowered them to make 
their own choice.
