I just tried the test myself (which is actually at http://www.prodigysolutions.com/services/spam_tester.php ). It said I failed all 15 tests too, but relaying was denied for every instance. They are saying that because SIMS accepted the user to begin with that the test fails. I'd think that SIMS has to accept the email before it can see what the 'To' address is to decide if it's spam or not. You're not an open relay so I wouldn't worry about it.
