My ISP is cracking down on open relay servers, and as I was checking through
the log the other day I noticed some apparent relaying activity on my
server, so I set my clients list up to serve only a specific IP range. The
problem is when I test it at
http://www.prodigysolutions.com/services/relay_test.php

I get a result similar to this one on every test...

MAIL FROM:([EMAIL PROTECTED])
250 fosberg.org is pleased to meet you
RCPT TO:([EMAIL PROTECTED])
250 sender accepted (Failed Test)
RSET
571 we do not relay.

When I check the log, it definitely denys the request, but I'm worried that
it is accepting the sender, the sender is not valid as far as I can see.
I've denied that IP address access as it is outside the range in my clients
list, why would SIMS accept it?

I'm using 1.8b8 btw.

Any help would be very welcome.....
