Yeah... I am one of the lucky few that has a 6500/250 with a 3gig drive. 
Why? Because it was never available on the commercial market. It was a 
special config offered thru the Apple Dev hardware purchase program (Back 
before the great Jobs killed it off for us Select members). It was a 
6500/250 32mb Ram, 3g HD, Ethernet, no modem, and video in out (but no TV 
tuner card).

I have since upped it to 128mb ram (max) and a 13g HD, and added the TV 
tuner card (which when plugged into my Fire scanner antenna that runs to 
the roof of the building... makes for GREAT stealth TV watching during a 
boring work day!)

Of course, this is now WAY off topic so I will shut up.
