Thanks for the reply Dimitry. I since rebooted the whole machine. However,
when I do as you suggested I get the following the logs:
07:23:53 4 POP(tcp) Listener disposed
07:23:57 1 POP(tcp) Listener bind failed. Error Code=-3154

And now the listener is dead. I shall restart again for my users... Ideas?
