SIMS is being offered mail whose return-path (i.e. sender) has a
domain part with no A record in DNS. SIMS should only be looking for
an A record after failing to find an MX record, so this is a bad
sign: the sender is using an address whose domain part cannot be
verified, and so cannot be mailed to.

Interesting. This indicates that your other machine (with those
Return-Path errors) can't resolve lists.mdg.com. I can. It resolves
quite swiftly.

No loss there. MessageMedia happily tries to mail
[EMAIL PROTECTED] (a username I cannot determine a source
