You seem to have forgotten your own question: "At what point do you tell them it can't be done, or to stop whining?" You see, I never said I'd stop asking for a feature request "...when it can't be done." I said that, at that point, I'd tell them that it cannot be done. Perhaps you think that I'm asking for this feature for them. Actually, I want it for me -- so I can spend less time turning it on and off as need be for individual clients.
