We don't use any RBL or blacklists of any kind, and yet a couple  of 
times in the past week someone has comnplained that our SIMS server 
has bounced mail back with this message:



Failed to deliver your message to [EMAIL PROTECTED]:
SMTP: Address rejected by host
Host 'mail.west21.com' says:
591 No mail will be accepted. Your host is in a Black List. The host is
suspected in address harvesting



What the heck is going on here?
