Len,

1) Update to SIMS 1.8bx, whatever the highest value of "x" currently is.
    Trust me, this beta is more stable than most final versions of other
    products.

2) I connected to the addresses given with Telnet; while there is about a
    5-second delay, their SMTP server responds OK to me, so I don't think
    that it's a problem on the walgreens.com end.  I think that the upgrade
    will fix everything.
