That indicates that the server(s) for walgreens.com were accepting connections, but were not sending back an initial response that SIMS recognized. If you look before those log entries, you should see some indication of when the connections were initiated. If the mail didn't bounce and is no longer in your queue, it eventually managed to deliver. This sort of problem an be due to all sorts of different causes: the remote machine may be overloaded, it may be trying to do DNS lookups on your address (for example, checking it against multiple DNSBL's) or you may have some sort of networking problem between the machines.
