I just had a major failure of a server and so spent about 5 hours last night setting up a new server.
The new server is PowerMac 7200/90 running Mac OS 9.0. Running SIMS 1.7 and Macjordomo 1.5fc28. Rebuilt all the mailboxes and lists from scratch. Now Macjordomo runs fine, but SIMS often quits with a type 1 error. I've increased the RAM allocated to both programs. Macjordomo error log keeps showing "Connection is closing but why? Closing" It seems to do this when it tries to delete a message after it has been processed. It repeats this a few times and then finally deletes the message and goes on to the next. Or it will try a few times and then crash SIMS. It looks like Macjordomo can't find SIMS part of the time. But they are both running on the same Mac and some messages ARE getting processed.
