Sorry! I should have indicated that Spamcop is not a SIMS add-on, but 
a service.  See their website for details:

The spam reporting service is free, but you have to pay for a 
spam-protected email address. You can also use the free (for now) 
Spamcop blacklist at:

http://spamcop.net/bl.shtml

I use it in RBLDNS mode in SIMS and it works quite well. You may not 
be happy with the 2 percent spam threshold they use, but hey! it's 
free!
