These services just tag each match with a code (127.0.0.2 onwards). Add the following
line to the top of your blacklist to reject them all, or follow the explanation links
to figure out which types of spam you want to reject.
127.0.0.2-127.0.0.255 ; blacklist all DNSBL matches!
