The spews.relays.osirusoft.com and sbl.spamhaus.org entries there are redundant because both are already included in relays.osirusoft.com (relays.osirusoft.com contains a number of other lists). You should either leave spews.relays.osirusoft.com and sbl.spamhaus.org out of that list or put them above the relays.osirusoft.com entry.
