Are you using the Unknown account to collect this mail?  If it's a real 
account that discards and forwards, you can turn on X-Mirrored-by in SIMS 
and you've got what you want.

On your own macjordomo server, you can run the gui and inspect (or export 
and grep, if you like) the user list.  You can modify the list there, as well.

If it came through your SIMS server, you can check the logs, matching a 
known message's ID (e.g. S.0000032423) number to one in the log and seeing 
to whom it was sent.

You can keep a folder of the list-on messages in your client.
