Are you using the Unknown account to collect this mail? On your own macjordomo server, you can run the gui and inspect (or export and grep, if you like) the user list. You can modify the list there, as well. If it came through your SIMS server, you can check the logs, matching a known message's ID (e.g. S.0000032423) number to one in the log and seeing to whom it was sent.
