I find the easiest way to figure out what address I used to subscribe to a list is to just start a reply to it (and chuck the reply). What happens if you reply to the list? What email address does your email client use to send the reply? Claris Emailer will use the account the email was sent to as the account to send the reply, if you have it set up that way (which I do).
