I am continuing to fight the box that SIMS is running on not locking up. It's still freezing and as far as I can tell, SIMS seems to be the app that is active at the time it freezes. One of the users commented to me just a couple of minutes ago after she realized it has locked up that she saw an error on the SMTP monitor and I asked what it said.
She couldn't remember exactly, but I did look at today's log and noticed that my IP was showing up an awful lot with errors.
