I've noticed for months now, hundreds of the following entries in my logs.
Fortunately the emitting IP address is a friend in NY who has an
account on my server.
He's using X.2.1 and Mail v1.2.
He's not been seeing an errors client side, yet I'm seeing this server side:

If I watch using Communigator on the server, I get:
Status: Receiving User Name
it sits for nearly 1 minute.......then eventually switches to the
account name, goes throw the normal routine and then disconnects.
any ideas?
