As have I, with good results. Note that if you want to use multiple DNSbls
with SIMS, you need to be using one of the SIMS 1.8b's, since 1.7 only
supports using one DNSbl. I don't recall which 1.8 beta added support for
multiple lists, but 1.8b8 and 1.8b9d14 both have it and are both rock-solid
stable.

The spamhaus.org and SPEWS lists are included in the relays.osirusoft.com
list, which also includes a good open relay list, dial-up ranges and open
proxies. I've found that a lot of open proxies slip through the
relays.osirusoft.com list, though, so I also use opm.blitzed.org. Also,
ORDB overlaps a bit with relays.osirusoft.com, but between the two of them,
they catch most of the relay spam that's aimed at my server. My current
DNSbl mix is:

relays.ordb.org
relays.osirusoft.com
opm.blitzed.org
korea.services.net

Just to elaborate, 127.0.0.2-127.255.255.255 covers all possible responses
from any of the blacklists.
