From Global Homes Webmaster, received 18/11/02, 5:30 pm -0800 (GMT):
The spamhaus.org and SPEWS lists are included in the relays.osirusoft.com
list, which also includes a good open relay list, dial-up ranges and open
 proxies.
Although there might be a little extra benefit in referencing the
sbl.spamhaus.org zone directly as, although it's included in
relays.osirusoft.com, the sbl.spamhaus.org zone is rebuilt every hour
whereas the zone is only imported into relays.osirusoft.com every 8
hours or so. That time window is fairly important because the SBL
does a lot of fast listings and de-listings 24/7 as soon as new spam
sources are identified. The SBL team is American, British (me :-) and
Dutch, so there's nearly always one or more people doing SBL updates
round the clock. Also, we don't just like to list fast, we like to
de-list fast, usually immediately on getting a positive response from
the ISP, because the reaction we get from ISPs is always "wow, that
was fast!" and makes them realize we're working with them, not
against them, and that ISP will remember the treatment he got from us
when he considers using a DNSBL to protect his own customers from
spam. This kind of gets hampered when the ISP contacts us 7 hours
later to say "hey, that server is still blocked, you commie-nazis!"
