If I understand the problem correctly, the following should help.

In SIMS add to the router table:
(If SIMS domain name is not lists.serversmiths.com):
<[EMAIL PROTECTED]> =
joeslist%lists.serversmiths.com@[12.34.56.78]

where 12.34.56.78 is the IP address of the ListStar server.

If the domain name in SIMS General Settings is lists.serversmiths.com, then
the router entry will be

<joeslist> = joeslist%lists.serversmiths.com@[12.34.56.78]
