There are some strange things happening the last few weeks.
We use SIMS Server Version: 1.8b8
Emails with attachments coming from the Belgian provider 'skynet.be' (and
their affiliate domains) are not delivered to any of our mail accounts.
Mails without attachments are delivered without problems. People sending
mails through that provider see this error message : "Mail could not be
delivered during the time limit. Please try again or contact the
Postmaster."
When I check the SIMS log files I see this :

What could cause this error ? I already contacted that provider and they
told me there's nothing wrong with their connections.
And something else ... What does the following error mean ?

All our POP3 clients are generating this kind of errors in the logs,
although there's no visual problem in our email programs...
