I'm on a DHCP connection, so a lot of mail servers treat me as a blacklisted "dialup' account and refuse mail from me. I'd like to configure SIMS to send outging mail via my ISP server, but that server requires authentication.

Is there any way to send mail from SIMS to a server that requires SMTP authentication?

Note that I have looked into getting a static IP address, unfortunately my ISP (a cable provider) does not offer them. DSL service is not available at my location.
