Yeah... hah! I'm about half way there already. The thing about SIMS is that a lot of the stuff like password and some settings are stored in the resource fork. So within a webcat template, you have to do a tcpconnect to the SIMS admin page and then [middle] out all the important stuff. Works but it's slow going. So I'm using the SIMS account lister to dump the accounts and create a webcat db from that. Then using a [founditems] on that db, I'm using the CLI (which I haven't mastered yet) to load the domains and accounts in to CGPro. I set up the CGPro RPOP to go grab the mail that's in the SIMS mailbox and empty it at the same time. I changed the SIMS password on each account ([tcpconnect] with POST) so that the client knows... when your password doesn't work anymore use the new settings we already gave you for the new server. Then I change the MX records for the domain to point to the new server. Once a week goes by I'll remove the RPOP from CGPro and delete the account/domain from SIMS.
