If that mailbox is a single file (the Folder-type storage for the account is
not used), then its data-fork is pretty much the standard BSD-style text
mailbox and should be understood by CGPro as is, given that the end-of-line
symbols are converted from MacOS (CR) to the new host system (Windows -
CRLF, or Unix - equals to MacOS X - LF).

<http://www.stalker.com/CommuniGatePro/Migration.html#MacOS> mentions the
SIMS Accounts Extractor utility, which can be used to generate the list of
SIMS accounts in the format ready for importing into CGpro. Once the
accounts are created in CGPro, you can use the POP3 migration utilities
shipped with CGpro
<http://www.stalker.com/CommuniGatePro/Migration.html#POPMove> to migrate
mail from SIMS (should be running and accessible via TCP/IP) to CGPro
(should be running also).

As I said above, the text mailboxes in SIMS are pretty much like text
mailboxes in CGPro, so if you have account file some.user in SIMS directory,
you can transfer it (using some utility which converts EOLs) to
{CGProBase}/Accounts/some.user.macnt/INBOX.mbox file (better when CGPro is
not running, since the account info is cached and changing account files
behind CGPro's back may confuse the server). When CGPro is started, the mail
in account some.user (in the primary domain) will be accessible.

The drawback is that the mailboxes transferred this way will lack some
CGPro-specific info (the Received date, flags and the unique message ID) and
CGPro will have to build that info on the fly each time the mailbox is
accessed. This may be not a problem for POP3 users whose mail is not left on
the server: all the new messages will have that additional info, and the
older ones are supposed to be deleted by POP3 clients. If the account will
be accessed through the WebUser or IMAP protocol, then it's recommended that
all the messages from Inbox are copied to some other IMAP folder: during
this transfer the messages will get the additional info.
