One major list you seem to have left out is bl.spamcop.net.  I assume you've seen the 
various comments pro/con and decided to skip it on purpose?  Knock on wood but spamcop 
has been extremely useful and trouble free for me so far, not to mention the visceral 
enjoyment whenever I can find the time to submit a few spammers to their reporting 
service.
