Look up MX records for the domain name that appears in the e-mail
addresses. The addresses are [EMAIL PROTECTED] and [EMAIL PROTECTED], so
you want to look up MX records for nekatech.net. It's important that you do
the look-up from your SIMS machine, or at least using the same name server
that your SIMS machine uses (as set in its TCP/IP control panel), because
you're looking specifically to see if SIMS can perform the look-up
successfully.
