Try doing the look-up from the SIMS box (using Whatroute or similar -- you
can get Whatroute from VersionTracker). If that succeeds, try re-sending
the message to the nekatech.net addresses, as the previous error might have
been caused by something transient. If you still get the same error
('failed to get IP address' or however it's worded), then there's probably
something wrong either on your SIMS box or the network it's on.
