I haven't noticed it yet. I have a mail filter on my client to color all 
emails with that header yellow. So far I've only ever seen two people 
that are actually using the header, and no spam using it.

The moment I see spam using it (which I'm sure I will one day), I will 
contact Habeas and give them a copy of the spam so they can do whatever 
it is they plan to do to the spammer (I'm hoping it involves hot pokers 
and heavy chains).
