i've got a client that gets a lot of "we do not relay" problems, despite setting up their outlook to log in to send messages and recieve messages before they send. i can't isolate their network because they are mobile. what else can i do to make sure they are able to send their mail?

some log entries:

##############

12:11:42 4 SMTP-490([24.12.176.132]) Looking for vette.XXXXX.com
12:11:42 1 SMTP-490([24.12.176.132]) SPAM? Recipient '<[EMAIL PROTECTED]>' rejected: relaying to [130.36.44.76] is not allowed
12:11:42 4 SMTP-490([24.12.176.132]) Sending 571 <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> we do not relay.\r\n

the SMTP settins are set to treat authenticated IPs as Client ones, Relay for Clients Only. what else can i do?

thanks in advance!
