Hi Markus,
which version of autotools and automake do you use? For me it looks so, that
this is maybe a new version of autotools/automake, which has problems with
some statements. What distribution do you use? Or the tools are built and
installed by yourself?
I can see "warnings treated as errors". Maybe a environment switch, which do
that? This is in my opinion the reason, why src/Makefile.in isn't generated.
