It takes a tiny fraction of resources needed for a human mind to
render an absolutely convincing artificial reality. Additional demands
are effectively negligible.

In practice, I burn some 600 W 24/7/365 just for computation, doing
only very, very little.

You'd need order of magnitude 10 W. Possibly, much less. Possibly, a lot
