Why? Are you assuming the first copy (original) remains stationary,
and the second gets transposed? If the master is destroyed, and you
get two copies in different locations, there's no way to tell subjectively.

What you could expect when you pressed the transporter "go" button
would be to find yourself either staying put or being transported with
1/2 probability, because as you say whether there is an original and a
copy or two copies only, there is no difference between them.
