Patrick,

ACD is not in the Service Examples I-D - it is a very service-specific feature which
can be implemented using various 3pcc mechanisms.

Camp-on is, I believe, described in Adam's I-D:

     http://www.cs.columbia.edu/sip/drafts/draft-roach-sip-acb-00.txt

Call queuing is described in the App Servers and in the RFC.

Do Not Disturb is done with a 486 Busy Here response.

As I said, I am looking for suggested call flows for Call Park and Pickup for the
next Service Examples draft.

Hope this helps.
