One additional note.
People have been asking me whether the spec needs to define the functions
and semantics of a B2BUA. The long and short answer is, no. The spec already
does this.
It does this because a B2BUA is simply two user agents, a user agent server,
and a user agent client. The roles on receiving requests are clearly defined
by the spec (as a UAS), and the roles on creating a request and sending it
are also well defined (as a UAC). What goes in the middle is at the creative
discretion of implementors, and there is not a need for standardization.
