The PDF version is not an official version; it's only there as an aid to
those preferring something more nicely printed. The PostScript version
in the IETF repository agrees with the PDF version.

For rather peculiar reasons having to do with a name of a directory
called 'security', the Security Considerations section was not compiled
into the ASCII version, but appeared in the LaTeX-derived PostScript and
PDF versions. I fixed the software bug and the upcoming -03 version will
be aligned again.
