A SIP server is not a RADIUS server. Implementing one ontop of a RADIUS
server doesn't make any sense. SIP servers are likely RADIUS clients; they
would access radius servers for the purpose of authorization,
authenticating, and accounting for voip calls.

As for the economy, thats outside the scope of this list.
