In postings from Jonathan Rosenberg yesterday, it has been clarified that
there must only be one Conact in an INVITE or 2xx OK to INVITE. Only 3xx
responses, REGISTER messages, 2xx responses to REGISTER can have multiple
contact headers. Maybe the updated spec will also spell this explicitly out.
This answers both the questions raised in this posting.
