SInce the timestamp was wrong I am sending this again , I apolozise for my
mistake, please excuse me.
I downloaded the archive of sip-implementors but could not find any relevant
mail which discusses the issues which I have listed. I also looked into the
[EMAIL PROTECTED] mailing list.
My whole question boils down to the fact that whether INFO should behave like a
regular transaction or not.
