No,, A will NOT use the same call-id when calling C.

This is a case of a multiparty conf in SIP..where
A first calls B ..(sip call)..then
A calls       C .. (separate call with different 
                    call-id, tags etc..)

Now there is no direct set-up between B and C..it is
A who reveives media stream from both B and C and
mixes it up. 

So B receives media stream (A + C)
   C "        "     "      (A + B)

basically A handles both the signaling and media
mixing.
