Consider the scenario:
UAC sends Invite to UAS. Upon receiving the Invite, the UAS then right away sends a re-invite (i.e. same call-ID) to UAC (with no responses in between). Is this situation allowed? Why should this situation be allowed? Where would usage of such a scenario make sense?
